The included breakfast was wonderful, and the restaurant/bar staff (Ramon, Ivan, and I think Edgar, who was the main weekday host at the restaurant) were very friendly, nice, and even remembered our routine. The housekeeping staff was also very friendly and responsive to requests for an extra bathrobe and small face towels. The 12th floor offered great views and natural light as well.

Clean rooms. I had to change my room on the 1st day of visit due to plumbing issue in washbasin. But the staff was extremely was very helpful and ensured that my room change was very quick and hassle free. The new room was on the higher floor and was extremely beautiful and clean. Location is great and have many good food joint near by. Breakfast was delicious and you have multiple options to choose from.

Location is great, I was able to walk to a lot of places of interest and felt safe. I needed a pharmacy and there were like 3 close by, there is a mini market right at the lobby were you can buy water, very convenient. The breakfast has a lot to choose from, there is something for everyone, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the pool is tempered, so no matter the weather I was able to use it and relax!

the price was the best I found with a pool and a gym and both of these were really good. pool area was nice and relaxing and plenty of deck chairs

The hotel is located close to everything. The staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. I did not get to use the pool but the area and pool look very cozy. Room was very well set up with plenty of furniture and a large desk to work from. Having a balcony was a great addition to our stay. I will definitely come back to this property.

In the room, everything was working exactly as expected, without bad surprises(what sometimes happens in hotels). The combination of the chair and a small table is awesome, it was probably possible to live in this chair! I was working/having calls, relaxing, eating, and just enjoying the city view in the chair, and even started to think of buying it for my house. The city view is also gorgeous! Breakfast was tasty and varied enough not to get tired from the same food every day.

The staff at NH were truly incredible, making my stay effortless and pleasant. The hotel's prime location was a huge plus, and having free parking in this area was a real bonus. I'm definitely considering NH for my future stays.

Room was large and comfortable, even had a small balcony. Shower heads were like spa massages and hot water came right on. Didn't want to leave the shower. A couple of things in the room didn't work, but overall was in good condition.

The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was very quiet, and we did not hear any street noise. From the helpful reception staff who accommodated our early check-in, to the porter, Jesus, who assisted us brilliantly with advice and general tips for our visit, the service was excellent.
